About
Montemar is a family-owned winery in Lompoc's Wine Ghetto that buys all of its fruit from vineyards in Sta. Rita Hills and other Santa Barbara County AVAs. It became a bonded winery in 2009, opened its tasting room in 2013, and makes about 1,200 cases a year.
