Holus Bolus was launched in 2005 by husband-and-wife winemakers Peter Hunken and Amy Christine, who in 2014 planted The Joy Fantastic, a 5-acre hillside vineyard on the western edge of the Sta. Rita Hills. Their Los Olivos tasting room opened in fall 2019.
